Papergirl Dublin 2013 now open for submissions! Deadline is the 31st of May. That's a Friday.Papergirl is a non-commercial art project, a new way to distribute and show art outside the confines of galleries, into the street.
Papergirl began in Berlin in 2006 and has since traveled to over 20 cities worldwide.

Hello Anonymous,
no there is no theme, just send whatever you would like people to see.
The main thing to consider is that it needs to be something we can roll up after the exhibition, so we can distribute it.
Put a postbox in Exchange Dublin today, same spot as last year - in the kitchen to the left when you walk in the door.

Was given these 3D posters + glasses at the Dublin Zine Fair in August, by Florian Fusco from Berlin.
I was selling ginger beer at the fair and handing out leaflets about Papergirl Dublin, which had already happened at that point, and he told me that he studied with Aisha Ronniger, who started the original Papergirl Berlin… I was kinda surprised for a few minutes by the mere two degrees of separation but then yeh that’s Ireland.
